150" Anniversary of St Joseph's Church, Ardkeen, opened on Sunday 8th October 1876. This
year will mark 150 years of worship, community and faith at this
beloved Church on Mount St Joseph. To celebrate this milestone, a
series of events is proposed around the theme “The Goodness of God”
- a time to give thanks for a century and a half of grace, prayer and
parish life. Further details to follow. The week of celebrations will

ST MARY’S LITTLE STARS Parent/Grandparent, Baby and Toddler Group,
a new parish initiative, will hold an information morning on Thursday 17"
September from 10.30am-12.30pm at the Nunsquarter Room, St Mary Star
of the Sea Church. It aims to create a warm and welcoming space to meet,
chat, play and make new friends. All parents, grandparents with their

CATHOLIC MENS RETREAT - Standing in the Breach, will take place at
Portglenone Monastery on Saturday, 19 September 2026, from 9am to
ipm. The theme of the retreat is “It is no longer | who live, but Christ who
lives in me” (Galatians 2:20). The morning will include prayer, teaching,
fellowship and men’s testimonies, with Fr Eddie McGee as keynote
