Building Fund Envelopes: Our building fund envelopes are being distributed and we
appreciate all those who are helping with delivery. The first collection date is 11" October
2026. We would appreciate that anyone who helped with delivery last year would come
forward to help this year again. Contact Anne in the parish office. (Office hours: Tuesday,
Wednesday & Friday 9.30am — 3.30pm)
Kevin's Old Times Sports Day: Join us today Sunday 13th September 2026 from 2~Spm
at St Lawrence's GAA pitch for a fun packed day with all your favourite events from Fintona’s
Sports Days of years gone by! A day not to be missed!
Parish Fund Raising Draw:
Tickets for the Church Renovation Fund Raising Draw are selling very well — Thank you
once again for the tremendous response and generosity shown to date. Ticket sellers continue
to call at homes throughout the parish. Tickets are also available to purchase in the Parish
office. Office opening hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30am — 3.30pm. The draw will
take place on Saturday 30" October. More details to follow.

A huge thank you to Aidan (McCamey's Vivo Store) for kindly holding a raffle in his shop and
raising £400 towards our Church renovation fund. Well done Aidan!
Irish Language Classes:

Adults (Beginners) and Children (P3-P7) Irish language classes. Starting Thursday 1
September from 7pm to 8pm, in the Ecclesville Centre. Contact 028 82 840591 for more

Fintona CCE September Events:
September 17" - Our 8-week block of Set Dancing classes commences for kids and teens in
St. Patrick's Hall at 6.15pm.
September 18" - Fintona CCE Prizegiving evening celebrating success at County, Ulster and
All Ireland Fleadhs. Performances on the night from All Ireland medallists in solos and groups.
Starting at 7.30pm in Fintona Golf Club. Refreshments served. All are welcome.
Dromore Legion of Mary:
Annual pilgrimage to Knock, Sunday 27th September, departing main st, Dromore at 8.30am,

GAA Comer:
This week's Lotto numbers were 2,16,19,30. There was no Jackpot winner. Two people
matched three numbers and shared £100. The Jackpot for next week is £1200 and the next
Lotto draw will take place on Thursday 17th September 2026 in the Beeches Pastoral Centre.
