We pray for the happy repose of the soul of Lily Connolly, Coretard, who
passed away on Sunday 6th September. Her funeral Mass took pl ace on
Wednesday 9th September in St. Mary ’s Church, Threemilehouse, with
burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. May God grant eter nal rest
upon her soul.
WE WELCOMED Aria McDonald Maughan into our parish faith community r ecently.
We pray God ’s Blessings on her and her family.

Country Fusion Adult Line Dancing Classes take place every Tuesday evening f rom 8pm to 9pm in the
Carn Resource Centre, Aghabog, H18 YW40. Admission is €7. Contact Pamela on 083 1881887 for

The Season of Creation is the annual Christian celebration to pray and respond toge ther to the cry of
Creation: the ecumenical family around the world unites to cont emplate and care for our common
home. This year, we will unite around the theme “Living Water ”, inspired by Ezekiel 47:9 - a powerful
biblical vision of hope and ecological healing. Set amid exile and loss, the image of living water flow-
ing from God ’s sanctuary reveals divine healing that renews land, water , biodiversity, and human re-
sponsibility towards the whole creation. The Season of Creation con tinues until 4th October. For fur-

Monaghan Charismatic Prayer Group healing mass on Monday 14th September in St Michael's
Church, Corcaghan, H18VN26. Celebrant Fr John Walsh with blessing of brown scapular holy water,
salt and oil. Rosary at 7.30pm. Everyone welcome. Refreshments served in hall afterwards.
Friday 18 September, 8pm , - at Cahans Meeting House (H18 E7N1) an evening of song and storytell-
ing with the inimitable Colum Sands . Admission €15 - all welcome St Mary ’s Pastoral Group - Next meeting of St Mary ’s Pastoral Group will take place on Tuesday
29th September 2026 at 8pm in the meeting room in the Pa rish OfÏce building. New members are
very welcome to attend.
